Sheryl found it easy to segue from her marketing and advertising background to representing clients in real estate.  She uses several years’ background as President and Creative Director of her company with client interests being local, national and international in order to market properties and negotiate for Buyers, Sellers and Investors of real estate.  Her creative interests expand to home design and architecture.  With a sophistication level of almost ten years as a Realtor®, she helps both Sellers and Buyers in home preparation, visual adaption, marketing and promotion.  She and the team practice Pinpoint Pricing, Concierge Search Techniques, and expert negotiation for Buyers and Sellers.  As a Broker, Sheryl has the additional knowledge and crucial advice to bring to her clients.  As a trained and experienced Luxury Specialist/Member Institute for Luxury Home Marketing®, she recognizes the unique aspects of luxury properties, the necessity of the dedication to the highly individual requirements of their Sellers and their Buyers, and in matching the marketing of those properties to luxury.

Bob hails from an extensive sales and executive background in the telecommunications and high tech industries and is a seasoned Realtor® for now almost 15 years.  He completely understands the commitment it takes to sell and purchase real estate in this area.  As a team member, he does all he can to make it easier for clients.  His amiable personality, patience, and proprietorship of Solutions Negotiation have made Bob a star for both Buyers and Sellers.  He and team members understand the importance of communication with their clients in a manner and with the amount of rapidity as those clients require.  When the need arises for the additional support of lenders, appraisers, attorneys, contractors and inspectors of all kinds, Bob has a ready arsenal of and ability to communicate with them.  Bob is a US Navy veteran and volunteer for philanthropic organizations like Kiwanis and Ronald McDonald House.  Both he and his team partner, Sheryl Chase, have resided west of the 101 in Leucadia since 1990.
